Legalwise refused to assist me with Legal issues during a time I needed them the most.

So I've been a legalwise member for years now, and when I needed their help, they told me they don't assist with business matters. I have a challenge with a tenant that won't pay their rent and is refusing to leave my house as well .when I contacted legalwise I was told to get a lawyer at my own cost as they don't assist with business matters. What is the point of paying for services only to be told when you need legal assistance that you are not covered. Reason i was paying for their services is because i cant afford a private lawyer. I'm cancelation my membership after paying for so many year, nothing good came out of it.
