I became a member of Legal Wise in 2020.

On 01 March 2021 I requested legal assistance.

My case was allocated to an individual who I had to call to enquire when he would be able to assist.. This individual called me once in the 2 weeks since the claim was raised. I have attempted to call a supervisor, as well as e-mail her, but more than 2 weeks later, my claim has not been attended to. On Friday 12th Mar. when I called the supervisor of the person who was handling my case, i was told that I would receive assistance on Monday this week. I have yet to hear from Legalwise despite calls and e-mails to them.
