Legalwise Platinum disgrace!!! Money making Organization!! RIPP OFF'S!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

I have been a member for 6 years, also took out a platinum policy for my ailing dad and paid for 9 years combined. They arranged for my dad to get a Will. But Trevor, that works for the call centre lost my dads original will. The attorney they refered me too said it would cost 14000 rands to get a condemnation from the high court since they lost the original. They , Legalwise, refused to pay, even though THEY lost the Will, instead Exandrie, the manager, adviced me to LIE to the master and tell them that my dad died without a will...what a joke, your legal company advisor, advising you to LIE, to the LAW...? meanwhile in ALL my years with them, i NEVER skipped a payment for me or my dad once, NEVER claimed for an attorney or Lawyer, cos i am a law abiding citizen. Then i asked them to get my money back 7500 from a person that owed me, BEAUTY( manager) and BELINDA at the Florida branch informed me that it was a waste to get an attorney to get my money... LEGAL WISE PLATINUM, IS NOTHING BUT A JOKE, AND A COMPANY THAT WANTS YOU TO CONTRIBUTE TO THEM LIKE THEY YOUR CHARITY!!; their TV ad is misleading, cos you NEVER see and attorney. My experience with this company has been, depressing, hurtful, heart-breaking and very, very sad. I was given a reference number, promising me that they would look into my complaint, and get back to me, that was almost SIX WEEKS AGO!!!! to date, i have heard NOTHING. the staff promise to call you back, but they NEVER do
