LEGALWISE PE BRANCH TELEPHONE LINES ARE BUSY AND DONT RETURN CUSTOMER CALLS

On 05 January 2026. I phoned legalwise to make an appointment at the Legalwise PE Branch. The phone was unavailable, and I was informed they were going to phone me back, but they still did not phone me back. In 2025 most of the time their telephone lines are busy, and occasionally they phone me back in the morning, but I'm busy and never return the call. Why must customers suffer when they phone? This is not customer service. I have accepted 2 apologies in 2025, but I notice it has become a trend now of not returning calls, or their lines are always busy.

Please treat customers the same as you receive our premiums.
