Legalwise or Legalsilly

This is my 2nd review of legalwise and i notice their tendency is to give you attention once you write a review . On my first review they came back apologising for the poor service and made vague promises and after a month no response . When you do get hold of their consultants , you have do the complete dance again . I have dealt with about 8 different consultants . They have no clue on your matter even though you provide a case reference number . when they call you teh phones once or twice and then its cut and you get a response we been trying to call you but no answer . My case in now standing at 15 months and i have done this exercise too many times , the consultants you speak are either very weak or not knowledgeble about how to assist you . I know i will get someone senior call me after this msg but i have zero expectation of any help . The consultants i have dealt with , Mushfiqah , Nombasa , Penelope, Thabiso , Boitshoko , Vicky . I have completed 4 POAs because the consultants do not talk to each other , instead of providing some progress they reset the entire process start again . This is wasted money i would rather save the premium and engage a lawyer and get the service you need . They should be reported comsumer council for false advertizing .
