Horrible customer experience. Please don’t join this “legal protection” I’ve been a member with them for around 1 year and I’ve derived no benefit from their cover. Whenever I have a legal concern they always tell you it’s not covered. Save your money and have a separate account to save your legal fees if you are concerned about such. Their membership line take almost 5 mins for an agent to even pick up the phone. My current request to cancel has been bounced around. They said call membership and then they refer you back to customer care. Absolute nonsense. Now I have to wait 48 hours for a call back to allow me to cancel. I’ve wasted almost R2600 for legal cover which did not demonstrate any value/benefit.
