Legalwise not settling claims and refuse to give feedback on matter for more than 5 years.

Legal wise has not given any feedback regarding a settlement claim from its attorneys dating back to 2008. In April/May2018 I received calls from The branch in Empangeni and was later referred to the branch in Durban for further assistance. There has been no further feedback to date. even after numerous follow up emails have been sent to the customer care facility. They no longer respond to emails whilst they continue to take monthly premiums. This is rather upsetting as they benefit from premiums whilst they do not offer the services they claim to render.
