Legalwise not responding with deposit claim

For the whole of 2021 I have been contacting Legalwise for assistance with regard to claim on my rental deposit that the rental agent doesn't want to pay me. I have waited the whole year for them to confirm cover so the lawyers can proceed with the claim, no response I am so frustrated whenever I see the debit order going through my account I feel like reversing it. I have been paying all these years and this is the first time they will really assist me, but they are non-responsive. The last I heard from the lawyers was May when they confirmed they followed up with Legalwise, but nothing. This is frustrating...
