Legalwise non-responsiveness

Engaged Legalwise on a matter, firstly after the case was referred to Germiston. After a period , Germiston Branch, did not get a hold of me, I called several times, eventually I set an appointment. The matter started to get handled, however the matter required followup's . The Legal Advisor at Germiston is never available. After several phone calls, all messages left are never returned. Calling the Head office Complaints line is even worse, as no answers the phone there also. Legalwise has definitely gone down the slippery slide to become an poor performing company.
