Legalwise no help whatsoever

I emailed Legalwise dated 24 January 2022 with a new case that I needed help with and again they were not able to assist me. The lady I spoke to simply asked me if I reported the attorneys in question and that was it, case closed. I am getting extremely frustrated with Legalwise that cannot assist me in what I need help with. Every time they phone you, say a couple of words and then it's case closed without helping you sort out the matter. Why am I paying membership fees if I cannot be assisted.
