LegalWise needs to be its own Client
Where do I start?
I pay R74 EVERY month and EVERY month I get the same text message saying that my legalwise membership is not paid.
Today the 1st of November I get another text message saying that my membership has been cancelled. What the ****?
The cherry on top is that I asked for help recently because a OXYGEN TANK WAS CARELESSLY BEING HANDLED which caused the tank to drop and the gas escaped. There could have been an explosion, I had every right to sue that FRAILCARE for mishandling an oxygen tank. And I wanted to. My fiances' father is in this frailcare, right next to the mishandled oxygen tank! What did I get in return asking for help from LEGALWISE? I got a blank email reply. So then I actually typed out a reply asking if anybody would help me? I waited for a reply and waited. Still waiting. And it's been over a month and a half now and you people still have not helped me!
