LEGALWISE MUST BE **** WITH SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE
Dear Public, Whatever you do, do not sign up with LegalWise. Across all sectors, this is the single worst service I have ever come across. It actually feels like a ****. With reference to my last complaint: -In 3 months, LegalWise have been unable to send me one letter of any value. -Last year, for 3,5 months, LegalWise were unable to put a letter in my inbox, too. Since my last complaint on 18 August 2025, I still have not been contacted by 1 person in 'Customer Care'. I have not heard the word 'SORRY' once.
Public, please run from LegalWise. You will thank me.
