LegalWise: more like Legal****s & Legal*******

This is a 2.0 complaint. These **** artists not only failed to provide the services I had been paying for for years to ensure that I had so-called 'legal protection', but when I cancelled my membership, after they failed in their mandate, they still debited my account. The cancellation email said it's cancelled as of 1/9/2025, and I was debited none the less on 1/10/2025. I was told by the cancellation department that if am debited I can reverse it from my side, only to just be told by my bank that the debit order is mandated and only the Legal****s can reverse it. Also, if I were able to reverse the debit order it would have cost me R35 in fees and affected my credit score. This is how LegalWise legally ***** their clients.
