Legalwise legal cover: The unwise decision to lcover

Legalwise attorneys failed to appear before the Court resulting in the court proceeding in my abscence and unrepresented. The Court subsequent took a decision in my abscence as I was unrepresented. Legalwise then made attempt to rescind the decision and they failed.

After 2 judgments plus 2 (two) cost orders and the fact that I forfeited the right to reply to the action that was intended against me, Legalwise's response effectively says its my fault and I must sort it out by paying. This despite admission by the attorneys that they were suppose to appear and they didnt.

I have never asked Legalwise any other thing in this period other than to place me where I was in the first instance when they received the documents intended for me and didnt taken action. Their response c/o David Clark effectively says I am responsible because I would have not got cover in the firat instance so even if I make issue about the fact that they still had to timeously hand me the documents as I still had right to choose the course of action not them. I could have even decided to use any person whom I wish to use in the event they did not cover the matter.

I have recorded a meeting between David Clark, Mr. Langa and I. I intend to share the recording with social media. You will note that legalwise c/o David Clark says if the attorneys failed to appear in Court he would sue them. In the event they claim I am lying about them suggesting if the attorneys acted that way, they would sue the attorneys, I ask of them to consent to me sharing this audio recording.

Legalwise c/o David Clark has established the fact that the attorneys recieved papers intended for me and the sat with the papers, made no attempt to contact me and further they failed to appear in Court resulting in the first decision against. He has established that they made attempt to set aside the decision and failed. Instead of pursuing a lawsuit against them, he has effectively placed fault against me and further that I must sort myself out.

I can only imagine what the experience of someone similar to me would be. Whether it's racial reasons and or any other reason we would not truly know unless Legalwise investigates why the effect of his actions seem to suggest that he is congradulating the firm that failed to appear in Court and attacking the person whom they failed to represent specially after having committed that if they did in fact act in that way he would sue.

I have searched for the CEO: Jan Luwes and or Chairperson of the Board:Gilbert John Melles Carlin to assist with this issue. Quite unfortunately the website could not assist me in this regard. Effectively one cannot reach the CEO or any senior person to source rescue from what could be anything ranging from ****** to abuse of power.

It is important to investigate why the conduct to determine why such irrational and unreasonable exercise of position of power. Perhaps Legalwise houses a person who simply abuses power, hell bend on inconsistent apication of law, is perhaps consumed about shrude business practice rather than the well-being of clients, someone that is simy ******-driven or he is a hateful individual or an individual who uses power available to him in pursuit of personal battles. We would never know unless the man's action is investigated
