LEGALWISE LEGAL ADVISOR FRUSTRATING CLAIM AGAINST GEPF
I have a claim against the GEPF for monies not paid out, no tax directive as per retirement fund and I am being told by official of Legal Wise that my matter is not mature for it to be referred to an attorney after I provided all of the documentation. It is beyond frustration as it now appears that I am expected to investigate and do my own case, Why am I paying for legal services if it cannot be rendered? I expect the "legal" experts within this organisation to do their work. I have signed the consent form for them to proceed and act on my behalf.

25 Sept 2026, 20:34Nothing has changed since then. I am still awaiting assistance. Never thought paying for a legal service would be for such poor service. I have lost out on a lot of money and this matter remains unresolved. I am awaiting pay back from SARS for incorrect tax deductions due to GEPF negligence. GEPF has still not resolved my issue about huge unpaid payout and incorrect taxation. I am very disappointed in Legal Wise services as it looks like I will have to resolve my own matter as they are not doing their part.
