Legalwise - Lack of Professionalism and service

I have been having a difficult time with Legalwise in solving my case. It has been 4 years with no sign of progress. The case in my opinion is simple, to get the natis document for a vehicle I purchased and paid for in full. I have been trying for the last few years to communicate with Legalwise and the appointed attorneys with no success. Legalwise shows no interest in helping me even though they debit my fees every month. A number of emails and telephone calls with no response, follow up or feedback from them. To top it all, they themselves do not even know the whereabouts or the contact details of their own appointed attorneys. A complete lack of professionalism. Ensure you trully get value for money and the service you expect. If you are seeking for legal insurance, I would advise to look elsewhere and avoid a huge headache. I still have not received any feedback on the status of my case!
