Legalwise jeopardizes my career, due to *********** consultant and lack of communication by management

Legalwise consultants are not competent. I am on the verge of losing my job through a constructive dismissal. The consultant couldn't even provide me with prep questions or guidance ahead of the meeting. Just stating its an internal matter. I raised a complaint and received fantastic support and a legal (candidate attorney) to accompany me to the second consultation. Now on the third and final consult next week to decide my fate, Sinesipho Somana, has pulled support saying its an "internal matter". so on the second consultation I go with support and a list of demands. Now on the closing consultation, zero support. All the prep work i did for all the consultation with my employer to date costed me to hire a private attorney to guide me on questions and what to say. This did not come from anyone at legalwise. Either they do not communicate effectively in house or there is a severe misunderstanding. Bottom line is, i don't think this policy is worth much. When you really need support, you end up doing all the preparation yourself and end up wasting time for Legalwise to sort their own internal issues and staff out instead of attending to the real reason you lodged the request in the first place
