Legalwise is useless

I decided to cancell legalwise today after 3 months of bad service with no help on matter.my wife was in involved in car eccident on December 2022 so I wanted to claim using Legalwise thinking that they would help but NO. First I was asked to send all required documents and they will send email saying they received my documents I'll be contacted in few days and then they never called I had to use my airtime calling them ever week they will ask for something else and I would send it then they'll be quite and I was referred to lady called Nthabiseng Tshekedi from accident and vehicle department tjooo she gave me a headache that one I was calling her every day and I could not get over her I would be told to leave a massage and she'll call me after 3 days or a week and she always say she send me an email when I check there's nothing on my email I was crying for help to the for almost 3 months and I decided to do the claim my self from the company who eccidentally hit my I'm currently on that process now on my own... legalwise is useless they just gave me lot of stress
