Legalwise is useless

I am very disappointed having being a member for almost a decade. I registered an accident case, sent through all required supporting documents. I never received feedback until i followed up after 2weeks. My case was reassigned to someone else as the initial representative was proving to be futile. I had to start from the beginning sending pAperwork and a’ll , letter of demand was sent to the respondent and that was the last time i heard from them.
