LegalWise is trash!

I have been with legalwise for about 13 years. I have never received assistance from them. In 2005 I needed assistance with Avbob because they refused to pay for my brother’s funeral. They claimed he died before the waiting period, which isn’t true. He died after the waiting period; Legal didn’t help me and I paid Avbob funeral policy for nothing. In 2008 I needed assistance again, I was involved in an accident with a truck driver. He refused to pay for my car damages, I requested assistance but nothing! Lastly and very important, I needed to file for divorce from my husband. I was advice to increase my premiums and come back after six months, which was what I did. I consulted with one of the lawyers there; she told me she couldn’t help me because it is suppose to be uncontested divorce. I was advise to increase my premiums in order to get assistance now that my premium is up the lawyers still couldn’t help. She then told me to call the claims department. I spoke to the lady called Connie; she referred me to the manager called Bareng. He then called me to arrange an appointment. Shortly before our meeting he called me to inform me that he had to attend a conference and can we reschedule for another time. I called him a week later he arranged for his junior lawyers to assist me but she couldn’t help me because Bareng and his senior colleagues are the lawyers who handle divorce cases. Bareng later called me we arranged to meet on the 18th August 2017. When I got to his offices in Johannesburg CBD. The receptionist by the name of Phindi told me that Bareng is not around and he is based at the Soweto branch. I left work early to attend the meeting, why didn’t he inform me he would not be at JHB CBD at the time? My petrol and time wasted. Today is the 21st September 2017 he has not even bothered to call me back and reschedule our meeting. Legalwise has to refund me for all the years I paid for it so I can get better represented from other lawyers because you guys are ***********. Legalwise acts like you’re doing me a flavour, I pay every month without fail and this is what I get? Incredible!! This has been an abusive relationship from the start!
