Legalwise is running a ****

I am a member of Legalwise, have been for more than four years now, i submitted a claim in January for a motor vehicle accident, it's been four months now and nothing is being done about my case, legalwise keeps avoiding the situation by telling me they will investigate the matter and they will get back to me, I have called and sent complaints to Legalwise over a dozen times now and these people are not taking me seriously....i am now taking steps through the ombudsman to cancel my membership and get my premiums refund for wasting my time with this useless company, anyone out there looking for lawyers look elsewhere Legalwise are ***** and they will cheat you out of your money....they are running a **** to rob people blindly by claiming to be there for you as a customer....nothing but lies
