Legalwise is not a good company service not satisfying at all

I'm not happy at all with this company anymore, their service is very very poor now, they don't take your matter seriously even you phone them they'll promise to call you back but never, even today I spoke to two people but no one calls me back they not serious with people cases. The only matter of mine was resolved when Nokubongwa Mahlaba was working at Legalwise now she's gone and the services DISGUSTING. I'm not sure they can't help me because I complain, or blond person or what is their problem. I had a matter which I reported last year December 2019 I was the one who was doing the follow up but disappointed me is that I was only told last month that they can't help me the whole 11 months wait that not good at all it's like waited for the year. I need to cancel my policy with them. I really need a new company to join.
