Legalwise is like having no policy at all

I am very sad to report that having a policy with Legalwise is like having no policy at all. When i contacted them for legal assistance the first time about three months back,i was promised that a lawyer will contact me shortly to discuss my case,and my telephone number was taken. After about a week or two,prior to my trial,and not hearing a single word from the so-called lawyer,and receiving no support at all,i was informed my details will be send through again. Again nothing happened,and frustrated and scared that i needed to get legal representation,i consulted with a private lawyer and paid all costs upfront in cash,despite having a policy with Legalwise which i through would give me piece of mind.my case was finished the 2 july2015 and i now faxed my claim form and documentation to Legalwise offices for processing as advised. Once again i must phoned them,and the person whom deals with my claim,did not contact me, now three weeks later despite leaving messages at the office. I am definitely cancel my policy with legal wise,because theur service is no service at all,although my R189 monthly policy fee is good enough. I am just another number
