LegalWise is far from Wise, it would be wise to go elsewhere

I have been absolutely disgusted by the treatment I have received, I have had a case with this supposedly reputable company which has dragged on for years. Every month I receive confirmation that there is something being deducted from my cover amount but absolutely nothing is being done. If I call in regarding the matter I am put on hold for ours with people passing my call around like a hot potato, I shudder to think what would have happened if this case was a ******** one. I would have been passed from one jail to another without a care, this is poorest service I have every received but trust me the debit order goes off like clockwork. All I ask that someone is held accountable for this and stop hiding.
