Legalwise is a sham

I received some bad service from Legal wise. I didn't bother to report it at the time because I was extremely busy. Luckily the following day I received a survey from them, with them stating that they care about service. I informed them of my terrible service. For people who care about service, I'm shocked that they still haven't got back to me! Their legal counsel was also meant to have come back to me with information after having had been unhelpful and she too still hasn't followed up.
