Legalwise is a ****, I have been paying premiums religiously but they failed to assist me. I consultedon the 7th October, the last update on the 7th December. From there Camilla Nzimande stopped responding to my emails. After lodging a complaint on their customer care she got rid of me by referring my case to CSGO and telling me that she is closing my case. How come the case is closed with no resolution? Did she even do her research on what kind of cases CSGO is dealing with? Worst part when calling I was told that the case was Quick Assist,how come it is quick assist from October to February?
