Legalwise is a ****

I have had the Legal wise policy since 2017 and never claimed, around April when i requested help apparently the debit order did not go through for about 2months or so and i asked them to rejoin as i was not aware and always made sure my policy is up to date. All of the sudden i requested a letter of demand to be delivered to my Ex husband and help with protection order, it seems like they do not cover anything. For 5years i have been paying for nothing no no cash backs nor refunds and they can't even represent me for a protection order case. I called several times and the last time i called i was told that someone is going to call back and assist till to date. I hate the fact that i have been a loyal client to them for years and they can't even protect me in any way.... i am even thinking of counselling the Policy...I hate myself for choosing Legalwise instead of all these other companies and i would not recommend it to anyone. my contact is *** \ *** \ ***
