Legalwise is a no go please dont use their services
Extremely Dissappointed, in Legalwise, very quick to debit my account consistantly, Logged one simple dispute that i had with MTN and mondo. had an attorney called stephen assigned to my case. after logging the case. i received numerous sms's saying the attorney will contact me within 6 business hours, 2 weeks later the guy calls me after logging a complaint. he then sends an email to MTN and from there until today i dont hear from him again. Logged a complaint again and the complaints department tells me they escalated to his supervisor and they will get back to me. 3 complaints later and still no response.
