Legalwise is a gimmick

I am a Platinum policyholder at Legalwise and to date, I have lodged several claims with them but to no avail as they come up with all sorts of excuses so that they won't pay my lodged claims. In their policy preamble, they say that as a Platinum member, I have options on who do I or can appoint as an attorney to represent me in court. I have done so as and when they took their own time to represent me or respond to my request for assistance but then they don't refund me. As a start, their claims department doesn't understand the basic principles of the principle of sabrogation. They for instance repudiated a claim which was lodged in 2013 to recover an excess after a motorist (i.e. Matthew Mayhew) knocked my car from behind in June 2013. The Cape Town branch where the file was strangely allocated when I am in Joburg and Dbn failed to respond on time failed to assist me. When I finally escalated the matter, I was told that a letter was sent to me in March 2015 to repudiate the claim because in the view of the Claims Assessor (Ms H Singh) is a player and a referee, I don't have a chance in court. Should that not be the prerogative of a magistrate to pronounce on such matters, I ask?
