LegalWise is a ****

This is just a ****, no customer urgency. I reported a matter to them which they were supposed to attend to and the asked me for documents which I sent and promised to contact me on Monday at 10:30am, until to date nothing. The employers lawyers have been ambushing me to extremes and honestly they never even lifted a finger. This is just a **** collecting money for doing nothing.
