its sad that I have been paying for years without a single claim. The only time I claimed I was faced with incompetency. I have been waiting for them to source an attorney for 10 days now. Even after I explained my situation, they still drag their feet. How difficult can it be to source an attorney. Why should I wait for a whole month as if I was missing my payments?
