LegalWise incompetence.
One of their sales agent ********ly opened a policy for me, I only noticed this after I saw my payslip. Legalwise is sending me from pillar to post when they do reply for me to lay a complaint, cancel the policy and requesting for a refund. Despite submitting all documents requested I am still waiting for feedback. And they will deduct again next month!!
