Legalwise have forgotten what their purpose is.

So, legalwise, I've been a member for at least the last 20yrs, however, in the last 5 years or so, your service is **** at best and your consultants seem to think that they are doing me a massive favour to provide feedback. I now have a matter that is outstanding for @ least 8 months and you have proved to be totally useless. I cannot support a company that cares so little for its customers and expects me to pay for the favour. The problem is I can't even cancel this policy as no one seems to be home.
