LegalWise has broken me they have done nothing for me just taken my money each month.

Good morning to all of you. You were all part or involved in my case since June 2018 and to date I have not had ANY help. Legalwise could not overturn a simple document that before I signed and after employees at KPMG had 30 days to do. I had longer I contacted legalwise phoned and emailed on a daily basis. Could not overturn the document as they took too long. My collegues got their jobs back I had legalwise. The attorney's legalwise picked took on the case as it was so positive. Abuse, threats etc in the workplace. Oven got a claim approved which has to be at least positive before approval. They sent me from pillar to post that was W and N from atterneys in Florida they lost my file in the end can you believe it made an appointment and at my last appointment I was told they could not find my file. I was physically ill all the way home. Attorneys Legalwise chose, selected or appointed whatever word you want to use. I lodged complaints with Customer service how many times maybe had response 2. I was finally retrenched lost my job and had to move asap as I am a widow and 63 soon. Krugersdorp branch was instructed by W to look into my debt and help. When I was retrenched I had No where to go so I took ALL my pension money to buy the smallest home ever. In Fochville M is welcome to come and check she after all was to help me in the beginning before retrenchment. Just between her and T simple CCMA case to overturn a document. That is why I joined legalwise after chatting with you fb online advise for a long period of time i was guided by counsel step by step on what to do and joined Legalwise. With my pension I bought the house i rented in Johannesburg for 20 years. I asked legalwise to help with the transfer onto my name I phoned and my friend phoned and they dont do transfers excuse me was that not false advertising? I could not be helped with improper dismissal and now the transfer of my home. I had to loan from my brother in law. The debt counselling as I cannot pay my debt owing and still survive, I once again was having threats of my car being collected from my home. This the attorney gave to B in Krugersdorp in October last year. Please customer care has all the complaints I entered and as I never got answers put on your fb site where I was removed for telling the truth. I pruved this how many times even on bad service where your own staff suppořted what I said of course you have people all over to help cover the wrong. I have been for trying for debt counselling trying for how long only Legalwise will know but they just dont care about their clients. Once again my brother in law came to my aid now he has run out of funds and I must start paying him. Legalwise has been a disgrace to me and not one of you educated staff can disagree. Please my home was broken into on Saterday and the laptop I loaned for all the to and from documentation I have to send to legalwise my cell phone is on overload and data I cant afford. SARS took all my retrenchment money they said I owe them every sent I got from Alexander Forbes I bought a house cash. I have to live off my late husbands pension fund. And debt I have being having diffuculty paying. I have insurance on my house not the contents. I have not had help with this debt counselling but I cant afford it and I have been very, very ill and all this hounding and following up where Legalwise is with my cases and help I have had no help what so ever sorry it is a disgrace how can clients possibly be treated this way. I did attemd a meeting with a counsellor in Krugersdorp and completed all the forms I have so little balance on debt but this is slowly ****ing me no support or guidance. False advertising please I am living proof of it. When I complain at Legalwise they say its the same thing over and over and repeats but I dont get support the whole reason I joined LegalWise from the beginning. I knew when I retire at 65 my debt would be paid by then, I would buy a home and would have guidance on the transfer of my home, a last will and testament as I dont have one. I pay your company faithfully every month, they cant even get this right after how many emails and phonecalls. I have not had the 3 month break for retrenchment as advertised for LegaWise payments. How little LegalWise has done for me they have broken me. I have asked other LegalWise Branches for help but all goes to customer service for some advise in between . I will send this and ask is this is fair treatment as I can prove it all. I am behind and have to look into insurances I dont know what I can afford. The payments I have to make for debt counselling I dont think I can afford..Once again what am I paying Legalwise for? Its been a year down the line Legalwise has done nothing for me as a Platinuim Client.
