LEGALWISE GOLD MEMBERSHIP IS ACTUALLY NO MEMBERSHIP

Hi,

I have had a legalwise policy for over 1 year and been paying for gold membership. I recently had an issue and I contacted the Randburg offices, the lady suggested emailing the query would be more suitable and receive a quicker response. I sent the enquiry on the 4th of September, and I resent it 2 more times, however nobody has assisted me at all. I am so despondent that I am on the verge of cancelling this membership, because since then a new case has come up. But I wonder if I will even get a response...sad when R96 per month R1200 per year is actually money just thrown away now. I will never recommend legalwise to others.
