LegalWise - Godfrey USELESS Nungu a waste of time and no assistance

Have been a LegalWise member for almost 6 or 8years and the first time I actually need someone to assist and till date I received no feedback. I received an sms with stating a file with reference has been transferred to their Johannesburg branch and is being handled by Godfrey USELESS Nungu. I'm really disappointed in the service I received and I want this matter to be reviewed and hopefully Godfrey will be released from his duties as his a real disappointment to your company and the LegalWise brand.

Hope this will get treated with urgency and a huge concern to know that this is the service the public (Clients) is receiving.
