LegalWise Failing to Provide Services Despite Paid Membership

I am a LegalWise member and have been paying my monthly premiums consistently. I have been requesting assistance from LegalWise since last year regarding a Khayelitsha court matter (Case No: M87/25).

Despite signing a Power of Attorney and multiple follow-ups, LegalWise has failed to provide any tangible assistance to date. Critical documents from the court, including written confirmation that this is a new matter, have not been secured, leaving me unable to fully access the services I am paying for.

As a result, I have been forced to hire and pay a private attorney, while continuing to pay LegalWise premiums creating an unfair double financial burden. Paying for a service that does not assist me is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious failure in service delivery.

I have escalated the matter with LegalWise multiple times, yet the situation remains unresolved. This is not only frustrating but also prejudicial to my legal rights, as I face court proceedings without the necessary support from my membership.

I am sharing this complaint publicly to highlight the lack of accountability and to urge LegalWise to take immediate action to provide the services I am entitled to as a member.
