LegalWise failing to fulfil its promises

I joined LegalWise early 2015 and has been a loyal premium paying member since then. This year in July 18th I was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment. Al i intended to do was to appeal and i did ask them to appeal on my behalf and that was on the first week of October. Nothing has been done yet no update im the one who keeps calling to get the progess of the applicarion. When organisations ljke this want someone to join they promise everything but once you are in trouble they play hide and seek. Maybe after they see this review rhey will rake this matter seriously and learn to contact me in a proper way. Im in prison as we speak and i gave them the name and number of a person to contact. I dont ave access ro my phone.
