Legalwise failing me

How is it possible that you will pay every month but when you request to be represented there's nothing even when you send thousands of emails asking for feedback but nothing.... So now I have to pay for fees that are not favor me at the sametime pay for the company that handed me over for bull****!!

Can somebody please assist me with getting ombassment for Trafalgar (body corporate) since legal wise is failing me.
