LegalWise failed to attend to my matter properly

I reported several ********** accounts that were opened using my details last year to LegalWise and my case was handled by the Pretoria branch. I have only received confirmation of closure for one account from Telkom. The MTN account was not closed and MTN has now blacklisted me and I am being harassed by their Lawyers VVM. I don't understand how can this happen when I brought the matter to the attention of LegalWise. I provided all the documents to the Pretoria branch. Can I get this matter resolved urgently.
