Legalwise failed to assist me as a 6year client.
I Zunaid Essacs was dimissed from ex employee Dsv via unfair dismisal. Ive been with Legalwise over 6 years and the time of dismisal. Never defaulted in payments. After my Arbitration case which i lost against DSV, Legalwise refused to assist me with taking my case to Labour Court and left me with a rejection representation and was of absolutely no help to me as a Legal practice. They have been debiting thr installments ever since and never responded to my dispute emails for their representation on my case to this day. As a Legal practice they have failed me and left me in the dark while i pay them for a service i never ever recived. As a Legal firm they should be bard from this name as they never held up to the contract promise neither legal obligations.

27 Feb 2020, 22:51Even with this matter being broad casted Legalwise still didnt even have the courtesy to actually call me and let me answer their call attempt, not make the call ring once then hang up... This is very bad business... This is the worst service if ever received from a policy cover...
