Today; I had bad experience with your legalwise counsellor by the name of Khuliso.

Instead of giving me the legal advice that I need to address my matter; more than 3 times he reiterated how my cover of Gold I pay monthly does not cover my divorce. WHAT IS THAT.

He was rude over the phone. He told me I must get myself a lawyer; they cannot cover me.

Why are we clients if ; if we don't get the service we need from legalwise?

My divorce is unopposed by Husband; I don't understand why Legalwise is not assisting me.

You said you help your clients with divorces. Instead I have been advised by your legal practitioner to approach legal aid.

Why am I paying your company?
