Legalwise - Disgusting service

I have very recently tried using my LegalWise membership which I have had for years, oh my word! I have never received such bad service what the hell am I paying for?!? It is most definitely not what they advertised! Legalwise do not bother contacting you, if I try phoning the contact person you were emailed they are ALWAYS busy on another call so I cannot get hold of them, I waste my time leaving multiple messages which they do not respond to. I try speaking to their supervisor who (yes you guessed it!) is always busy on another call and multiple messages left for them to contact me. Not one person is available to sort out my problem! This sadly is not the first time, I have another problem which I contact Legalwise for assistance a couple of months ago and I am still waiting for that person to get back to me and deal with my issue. What is the point of reference numbers? Don't you check and see if you have files still pending? Legalwise - what a joke - I will never ever recommend anyone join Legalwise as you literally will be left hanging to sort out your own problems or end up going to another attorney and paying for it out of your own pocket! Years of patiently paying for a service thinking 'I got a lawyer on my side'. HUH! Please people be very very careful, this is false advertising at its best.
