Today it's the 12th day after I have sent my letter on 08/06/2018, objecting your decision of rejecting my claim based on what you made up, there's still no feedback from you. You can't even keep up with your own word after you told me in the letter you drafted that you will notify me within 10 days of receiving my letter.
What kind of service is this exactly?
Can somebody tell me what is the status of my case after my objection letter please.
