Legalwise cancellation atempts

I have been a member of Legalwise for dekades.

I now need to cancel my policy.

Ha ha, they simply don't respond and I seem to be stuck with an unwanted policy. On their website chat, they tell me that a consultant will contact me directly and it simply never happens.

The number that they supp**** me for further assistance ***) simply puts you on music without an operator ever coming on line.

It seems as if they make it so easy to join, but once they have you, they never let go.

I have taken screenshots of my chats with them and recorded the calls I attempted to make to them.

Attempts to stop payment from my bank account have failed as the bank just refers me back to Legalwise.

I think my next step will be the ombudsman, but in the meantime they just keep taking my money.
