LEGALWISE - CADRE DEPLOYMENT *******ION.... Move to another provider ASAP
I put in a claim with Legalwise 7 years ago.... Still not sorted out. I NOW WANT TO SUE LEGAL WISE FOR THE COST OF MY CLAIM.... THEY HAVE EVEN LOST ALL MY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AND RECEIPTS 4 TIMES... I even then gave them the originals and they lost that to. Even covid came and went.... Never trust them. They are now part of the organised SA CADRE DEPLOYMENT *******ion plan of things. I want the cost of the claim paid to me by Legalwise.

I have heard this so many times over the years from Legal Wise, its not funny.

I received a call from Ms Govender from you claims dept. she stated the ff:
1. The matter has been filed in court....I said, what nonsense....when did this happen.
2. Then she said the file says that the respondent has left the country and is unavailable.
3. I said, what nonsense, the respondent is a local building contractor.
4. The person who left the country is the 2nd contractor who i got to finish the job.
5. She said oh yes.....sorry.
6. I asked, does the file say, the respondent has left the country and she kept silent....
SHE WAS WINGING IT AND LYING TO MY FACE.....BUT THATS LEGALWISE.
So you see Thabo, ,,,,,,THIS IS LEGALWISE INVESTIGATING....WHAT A ****.
I SAID, DO I NOW NEED TO SUE LEGAL WISE FOR MY LOSS...
