Legalwise, Bellville

I had an appointment today at Legalwise, Bellville at 09h00. My appointment was with Moerida Bartlet. When I got there just on 09h00 I was told by Eunice that the consultant does not work there on a Monday as she was at the Mitchell’s Plain branch. Apparently the consultant that was on duty at the Bellville branch phoned in earlier to inform them that he was off ill. I was offered to speak to another consultant telephonically. This I did much against my wishes. The one that I spoke to telephonically told me that she could not assist me in respect of my rental dispute. I informed Eunice that I wished to speak to the Manager/ess. This lady saw a couple who actually came all the way from Paarl for a consultation. After the couple left I sat waiting on the Manager/ess to call me in. I sat waiting there for close on to 20 minutes whereupon I decided to leave. The Manager/ess is a Ms Gwen Simon. This is the first time in all my years as a member of Legalwise that I received such shoddy service.
