LegalWise are ********

I cannot believe how much of a **** LegalWise is. PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE JOINING LEGALWIZE. I have been a member of LegalWize for years now and I have never bothered them about anything. They have always directly debited my account and I have paid every single installment. Up until 3 months ago when I booked a appointment at their offices to get legal representation. At the beginning of November (last week) I get a message from them to say my account has been cancelled. Perplexed ( as far as I am concerned we have a case going on) I call them to see what is going on. They tell me that my account was cancelled 2 months and yet I only got an sms a week ago. On top of that they say my account was changed to cash payment rather than debit. When I ask who did that as I didn't, they cannot give me a response. I'm disgusted that all this time I have been paying my premiums and LegalWize drops me in my one time of need.
