I don't even know where to begin. Legalwise customer service is the worst this year. I've had issues with them of their lawyers sending me wrong documents ( documents of other people). But this time the WhatsApp is not working, their email services is ****. You are promised that someone will get back to you but it never happens. I've sent countless emails. The service is not poor but basically non existent
