LegalWise a waste of money for services not rendered

It seams that LegalWise are not serious about helping there customers, I sent LegelWise an e-mail from there website on Monday morning 08H30 requesting advice on a motorcycle purchase I had entered into, there system reply stated that they would get back to me withing 48 hours, but as of now nothing, with the result that I will now have to seek advice elsewhere. This also leave me with a very bitter taste in my mouth as to where and what my monthly contributions have been used for
